Joe Simonsen
As a young boy my father taught me the fundamentals of woodworking and the use of machinery. After high school I went on to working in a cabinet shop, building cabinets and counter tops. Although I have worked in several different fields and held different positions throughout my work history, woodworking has always been my passion. Since my retirement a few years ago I started having a lot more fun doing what I love to do. My main focus is making whimsical and live-edge jewelry and keepsake boxes along with some wood sculptures of unique designs.
