Bright, cheery painting showing close up homestead flowers is based on the roses found near old cabins. Thorny but oh, so fragrant, these are still gathered by locals to dry. The rose hips are sometimes simmered into a hair rinse.

Blooms image is 11" x 7" and is framed in a light walnut stained wood frame. Frame measures 18" x 14" outside dimensions.
